The Murky Stream, Rowoon new series, will premiere at the Busan International Film Festival on the 17th of September 2025. The cast crew and the filmmaker Choo Changmin will be present at the Festival from the 17th of September 2025.

The announcement and promotion of the Murky Stream has created a buzz online, due to the extraordinary metamorphosis Actor Rowoon has undertaken for the sake of the story The drama director Choo Changmin, when he met Rowoon, said he would take the most precious thing he has ... his beauty. Yes Jang Siyul, a gangster in the Joseon times, does not focus this time on the actor stunning physical beauty and natural charisma. Instead, Rowoon has managed to slide into a different self altogether: his eyes movement, the way he looks, the shape of his face even. We forget Rowoon, we see someone else there.
